Survey Privacy Notice

Last updated: 23 July 2026

This notice is limited to the community survey on divuspark.org. The Privacy Policy that applies when you create an account on the product side (divuspark.com) is separate and broader in scope.

Data controller

DivuSpark LLC · 30 N Gould St #65176, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. The company is established outside Türkiye; because it processes the personal data of users in Türkiye, it meets its obligations under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Data protection requests: privacy@divuspark.com

What we collect

The answers you give in the survey (your selections and, if you fill them in, two free-text fields), your chosen language, the time of submission, and technical context (browser information, referring address, campaign parameters if present). The survey asks for no email address or any other identifying information, and we do not store your IP address. Responses are anonymous as such.

About the free-text fields

The survey has two free-text fields. Please do not enter special categories of personal data there — such as health, political opinions, beliefs, or ethnic origin. We do not intend to collect such data and have no separate legal basis for processing it.

Why, and on what legal basis

We process survey answers to understand the community, set product priorities, and publish aggregate (non-individual) summaries; the legal basis is legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f, GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). If you want early-access and launch updates, you leave your email address for that only on divuspark.com, under a separate and explicit consent; that is outside the scope of this survey.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and do not transfer it to third parties for marketing. For hosting and the database we use a single processor, Google Cloud Platform, bound by a data processing agreement. We may disclose data to competent public authorities where required by law.

Where your data lives, and international transfers

Survey responses are stored on Google Cloud Platform in the European multi-region (eur3). As the data controller is established in the USA, data may be accessed from the USA; this transfer relies on our contracts with service providers and, under the GDPR, on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

How long we keep it

We keep survey answers for a maximum of 12 months from collection; at the end of that period they are deleted or de-identified and retained in statistical form only.

Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 and the GDPR you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, request its correction or deletion, and object to processing. Because responses are anonymous, in most cases we may be unable to match a specific record to you; even so, you may write to privacy@divuspark.com for any request, and we respond free of charge within 30 days at the latest.

Right to complain

If your request is refused, the response is inadequate, or we fail to respond in time, you may lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board (kvkk.gov.tr). If you are in the European Union, you retain the right to complain to the data protection authority of your country.

Cookies

We use no advertising or analytics cookies on this site. We use your browser's local storage only to remember your language preference; that information is never sent to us and never leaves your device.

Children's data

This survey is not directed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data, write to privacy@divuspark.com and we will delete the record.
